First of all, we would like to thank you for your support surrounding the cancellation of HARDFEST 2021 / relocation of HARDFEST 2021. It shows us once again how special the harder styles community is. We have arranged a new date for 2022: HARDFEST will take place at Saturday April 23, 2022. Previously purchased tickets will automatically move on. Even though we have to wait again, this new edition will be the most legendary ever. Twelve hours of the best hardstyle & hardcore, spread over 3 areas.

When will HARDFEST 2022 take place?

HARDFEST will take place on Saturday, April 23, 2022.

My ticket(s) from 2020/2021 is/are valid for HARDFEST 2022. What are the follow-up steps?

Your ticket has automatically been converted to a ticket for HARDFEST 2022:
1. You can call up your order(s) via this link. (Note: may end up in your spam box).
2. Then download or personalize your ticket(s).

If you have already personalized your entrance tickets for HARDFEST, you do not have to do this again. Do you want to change a name on an entrance ticket?
From the confirmation e-mail you go to the page of your order. Here you can change your ticket details quickly and easily.

  • Choose “Name change” (2x)
  • Select the ticket where you want to change the name
  • Fill in the e-mail address of the person who should receive the ticket
  • Follow the instructions

Please note that you will be charged € 3 per ticket to make the changes.
There is no rush to personalize your ticket(s): this is possible until the event. You will receive a reminder in due time if you have not personalized your ticket(s) in the meantime.

How do I receive my updated 2022 tickets?

What if I am not able to come on April 23, 2022?

Are you unable to attend on April 23, 2022? Too bad.. You can choose to sell your tickets to your friends or through our partner TicketSwap. If this isn’t an option for you, we will give you the possibility to get your money back for your (entire) order as main buyer.

Through this link you can start the process. (A refund takes about 8 weeks and is done via the same payment method as the original purchase). You can request a refund until November 30, 2021 [this will be updated soon].

If you purchased your tickets using a deposit, your deposit will also be automatically refunded when you request a refund for your ticket order. If you have not used your down payment to purchase entrance tickets, it is not possible to refund the down payment. If you have further questions about the deposit, please contact us via this link.

Are you getting an error message and are you unable to request a unique access link to your order?

There may be several reasons for this:
– You bought your ticket through TicketSwap. Your tickets will also remain valid for 2022. Check this Ticketswap page for more information.
– You obtained your ticket via a name change (Ticket Transfer). You cannot use the tool in this case; only the original main buyer can do this.
– You have received a (partial) refund before. Please contact us using this link so we can review it.
– There is no payment linked to your order. You cannot use the tool in this case.

I lost the confirmation email of my order.

You can use this link to have your order(s) sent to you again. (Note: this may end up in your spam box).

I haven't received a newsletter from you about this. Why not?

The person who placed the order (the main booker) has received a newsletter from us.

If you are the main booker, but you have not received anything, please check your spam box. If you still can’t find anything, you may have unsubscribed from our newsletter in the past. If you want to receive updates about your purchased tickets, you can subscribe to our newsletter again: go to contact and choose the button “NEWSLETTER” on the left (you can always unsubscribe by clicking the link in a newsletter).

I have already personalized my ticket(s). Is there anything else I need to do?

How can I make a name change?

From the confirmation e-mail you go to the page of your order. Here you can change your ticket details quickly and easily.

  • Choose “Name change” (2x)
  • Select the ticket where you want to change the name
  • Fill in the e-mail address of the person who should receive the ticket
  • Follow the instructions

I ordered tickets through a bus operator. Now what?

Please contact the bus operator you booked with.

I bought my ticket(s) through Ticketswap. Now what?

These tickets are automatically converted to HARDFEST 2022, because we have a partnership with TicketSwap called SecureSwap. Through this link you can call up your order(s). (Note: may end up in your spam box).

I didn't get my ticket(s) through the official ticket shop or TicketSwap. What should I do?

We always advise you to get your tickets through our official ticketshop or TicketSwap, so you are guaranteed a valid ticket. If you bought your ticket through any other means, you will have to take this up with the person you bought the ticket from.

My question has not yet been answered.
