It is necessary to personalize your entrance tickets. Personalisation is possible from 1 April 2024 and you will receive an invitation to this by email from Paylogic. You can download the tickets on the day itself (27 April 2024, that is), but only if they are personalised.

Here’s how you personalise your ticket(s):

• Log in with your Absolutely Fresh account via this page.
• On your order page, you can select a ticket and choose ‘Assign Tickets’.
• Now you have two options:
  • ‘Claim ticket for myself’ to personalise a ticket on your own name.
  • ‘Send to friend’ if you want to personalise a ticket to someone else’s name.

Personalizing tickets or changing the name on a ticket is possible until during the event.
