How do I personalise my ticket?

You must personalise your purchased tickets in order to receive them. How does personalisation work? We explain it to you step by step:

  • After your order you will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic. Go from the confirmation email to the page of your order (this can be done via the orange button at the bottom of the email).
  • Choose “Personalize”.
  • Now you have 2 options:
  • Choose “Claim” to put 1 ticket on your own name.
  • Choose “Send” to put a ticket in the name of a friend.
  • Follow the instructions.

NB: Lost the confirmation e-mail or the e-mail with your tickets? Request it again via this Paylogic site!
